Creating the Combat System
As mentioned in our previous newsletter, we have decided to extend our focus on implementing the new Combat System to the end of this week. Significant progress has been made, and the system is nearly complete. We’re approaching the final stages of its development, where there are a few minor kinks that require testing and tweaking. Stay tuned for our next newsletter, where we’ll delve into the details of this system and how it works.
Designing the ‘Patrol Zone’
Recognizing the significance of the ‘patrol zone’ in the player’s journey, we’ve made the decision to extend our work on its design to the end of this week. This area is where players will spend a good amount of time, engaging in exploration and testing out new builds. Our goal is to create an environment that perfectly facilitates these objectives, offering ample opportunities for discovery, experimentation and growth. By dedicating additional time and attention to this area, we can refine the elements within this zone and aim to enhance the overall experience and create a captivating playground for players.
